We offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. If you're not happy with your order, for any reason, you get your money back.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Email us at supportsundrylane@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
2. We confirm your refund by reply — no forms, no interrogation.
3. Your full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Please don't ship anything back before emailing us — in many cases you won't need to return the item at all. If a return is needed, we'll send you simple instructions and the correct return address.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo along with your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund immediately — your choice — at no cost to you.

THE FINE PRINT (THERE ISN'T MUCH)

No restocking fees. No return-shipping charges on damaged or incorrect items. Shipping was free, so your refund is the full amount you paid. Since we prepay all duties and customs, there are never extra fees to recover.
