Shipping policy

AT A GLANCE

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order. Total delivery time is 6–11 business days (1–3 days processing + 5–8 days transit). All duties and customs are prepaid by us  you will never receive a customs or import bill.

WHERE WE SHIP

Sundry Lane currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Transit takes 5–8 business days after processing, for a total of 6–11 business days from the day you order. Orders ship from our international fulfillment center on a Delivered Duty Paid basis: we prepay all import duties, taxes, and customs charges, so the price you pay at checkout is the full and final price.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has passed the 6–11 business day window, contact us. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We stand behind every order until it reaches you.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
